I've taught fitness/aerobic classes since 1984, but focused my training on pilates in 1999 when certified by Polestar (1999-2005). I have held a Comprehensive Certification from Pilates Method Alliance since 2012. Pilates will benefit every person from the elite athlete to someone being released from physical therapy. The goal is to start where you are and steadily improve your flexibility, strength, and endurance with a measure of grace to allow for individual differences. Over the years, Colleen has realized her classical ballet background has given her a strong connection in working with clients to correct body alignment in a safe and proper manner. She enjoys being a positive, supportive, and fun instructor, helping others to gain confidence physically so that mentally they can feel more satisfied every day. Colleen has also taken workshops involving upper and lower extremity injuries such as shoulder and hip issues. Hello my name is Cherry Herzog, I have been in the fitness industry teaching since Jane Fonda... oh my that dates me. I have been instructing Pilates since 1997 and was the pioneering spirit that brought Pilates to Arlington, Tx when I first started teaching mat classes at the YMCA.
