Over the years, Colleen has realized her classical ballet background has given her a strong connection in working with clients to correct body alignment in a safe and proper manner. She enjoys being a positive, supportive, and fun instructor, helping others to gain confidence physically so that mentally they can feel more satisfied every day. Colleen has also taken workshops involving upper and lower extremity injuries such as shoulder and hip issues. She loves helping injured and in pain clients overcome these obstacles so that they can perform daily tasks and special activities without worry or discomfort.
