Hello my name is Cherry Herzog, I have been in the fitness industry teaching since Jane Fonda... oh my that dates me. I have been instructing Pilates since 1997 and was the pioneering spirit that brought Pilates to Arlington, Tx when I first started teaching mat classes at the YMCA.
