I've taught fitness/aerobic classes since 1984, but focused my training on pilates in 1999 when certified by Polestar (1999-2005). I have held a Comprehensive Certification from Pilates Method Alliance since 2012. Pilates will benefit every person from the elite athlete to someone being released from physical therapy. The goal is to start where you are and steadily improve your flexibility, strength, and endurance with a measure of grace to allow for individual differences.
