The concept of offering a full yoga studio environment at a cost much lower than other studios; while offering amenities such as child care, sauna, steam room, and gym access was the Yoga Solace Club's vision.
Meet the Manager: Donna M.
Donna Mezzina is the Yoga Director for the Yoga Solace Club.

Donna Mezzina RYT, CYT, is a registered yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance (with a 200- Hour certification) and trained at Inner Light Yoga Studio. She has attended extensive teacher training with senior teacher Seane Corn in Vinyasa Flow, as well as workshops with Kino Macgregor (Ashtanga), Sharon Gannon and David Life (Jivamukti), Dharma Mittra and Doug Swenson (Ashtanga). Recently, Donna attended the Yoga Journal Conference for teacher training track, studying with senior teachers, Sadie Nardini, Natasha Rizopoulos, Scott Blossom, Jason Crandell, Cyndi Lee and Desiree Rumbaugh (Anusara).

Donna has been practicing yoga for 10 years and has been teaching since 2007. She imbues her classes with her down- to-earth and easy-going style, creating a balanced and peaceful experience. Svetlana graduated from a prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia with a Master’s degree in Fine Arts in Dance. In 1993, she joined a world-renowned Kirov (Mariinsky) Ballet where she performed in numerous classical and contemporary productions and extensively toured throughout the world. In 1999, Svetlana moved to the United States where she continued her dancing career at Ballet Internationale in Indianapolis, IN.


Svetlana began teaching in 2003, first as a ballet teacher and later as a fitness and Pilates instructor. Svetlana received comprehensive Pilates training from Balanced Body University, including Reformer, Tower, Chair, CoreAlign® and Barre. She is also a Flexistretcher® Master Teacher and a certified TRX® trainer. Svetlana is passionate about teaching movement, truly loves to work with people, and strives to give her clients the best Pilates, dance, and fitness experience. Linda Warga began her studies in Pilates in 2003 with PhysicalMind Institute in New York, completing their initial 550 hour certification course, plus 6 month of apprenticeship with two New Jersey based studios and passing her final examination to receive official designation as a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2005. The combination of having previously studied and practiced massage for 10 years gives Linda a very strong understanding of not only the Pilates Method, but in mind-body-spirit integration.
