Lisa's teaching emphasizes natural alignment and core strength. Lisa sees Personal Training Yoga/Pilates as the art of opening and expressing the heart and the science of purifying, strengthening/lengthening and healing the body and by adding strength and flexibility training that will build the long, lean, healthy body students want. Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focus. Strength and flexibility, particularly of the abdomen and back muscles, coordination-both muscular and mental, are key components in an effective Pilates program. Posture, balance, and

Linda Warga began her studies in Pilates in 2003 with PhysicalMind Institute in New York, completing their initial 550 hour certification course, plus 6 month of apprenticeship with two New Jersey based studios and passing her final examination to receive official designation as a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2005. The combination of having previously studied and practiced massage for 10 years gives Linda a very strong understanding of not only the Pilates Method, but in mind-body-spirit integration.
