Instructors are certified in the Traditional Authentic Pilates method. Classical Pilates taught in the truest form. The owner is also currently participating in the Master Mentor program with Lolita San Miguel, one of only 2 people actually certified by Joseph in the world. We offer group mat classes from beginner to advanced at convenient times. We also offer private and duet (semi-private) apparatus sessions.
