Bodies by Pilates is a studio offering group classes as well as private sessions using one of 9 Reformers. We have a schedule of over (27) classes per week to choose from and offer specialty classes and learning workshops on a regular basis. All reservations can be done online from your home and you can pay for classes online. A required orientation class will be held every weekend so you can learn how the studio operates and become familiar with our policies and procedures. Phyllis Connor is a certified pilates instructor, personal trainer and aerobics instructor. Her studio offers private and semi-private instruction on all the various pieces of pilates equipment as well as mat classes. She also offers barre classes which is an intense interval training class that works every muscle in the body incorporating pilates, yoga and the fundamentals of the Lotte Berk Method.
