The Pilatess Institute of Scottsdale offers a wide variety of training techniques in a fun and infomative setting. Our specialty is mat and equipment pilates training in both private, duet and group settings as well as gyrotonic training for private and duet instruction. G Pelliteri has been in the fitness field for over 36 years as an elementary school physical education teacher, a corporate wellness director and a hospital based sports physical therapy rehab unit. She and her former partner opened several physical therapy clinics around the valley and in 2000 G opened the Pilates Institute to bring her knowledge to the public. Children, adults and professional athletes are welcome as well as pre and post rehab patients. You will find a fun and lively atmosphere to help you attain your fitness goals and to make each day count!
