Now offering Pilates Mat and Reformer group classes. I keep small class sizes to ensure you will get individualized attention. My goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals. I am STOTTS Pilates certified and AFAA certified.

We are a fully equipped Pilates Studio offering classes on all apparatuses -the Reformer is just one of many ;-), with a max of 6 per session. We are classically trained in all lineages from Mr. Pilates and teach our "Flow" classes as such. Our "SurpriZe" classes are contemporary and offer a variation such as jump board, Barre, etc. We have been in business for over 19 years and LOVE teaching enthusiast clients THE Pilates Method as intended by Joseph Pilates, which means RESULTS! We offer a beautiful studio in Herriman, Utah -and/or- you may join us virtually from anywhere in the world.
