The Pilates Loft is a studio offering Pilates sessions in Arlington, Virginia by appointment or scheduled classes from Monday through Sunday. Each session runs from 50 to 60 minutes and is led by a certified Pilates instructor using the method and equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. Sessions are available in the following formats: private lesson, duet lesson, trio lesson and group classes. The biggest group size in a group class is 8 participants.
