Susan offers group reformer classes on Mondays at 6pm (maximum six participants). The studio, however, offers a wide availability of times for group classes. Choose from group classes on Monday through Saturday mornings, and evening classes on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Purchase class packages for savings!

Susan also works privately with clients. Those seeking rehabilitation services can reserve 1/2 hour sessions from 3:00pm to 5:30pm on Mondays.

Private Pilates and athletic conditioning training can be reserved by appointment. The studio currently works privately with aspiring, semi-professional and professional athletes who wish to gain flexibility and strength not gained through other training methods.
