Private Lessons at Boston Body Pilates are the ultimate personalized Pilates experience. Your 50 minute session targets your challenge areas and is designed to meet your specific needs. Clients with all different goals benefit from this one-on-one approach. For example, you may want a total body makeover, or you may be looking to rehab an injury. Your trainer and our entire studio is at your disposal. We also encourage our Group Class participants to take Private Lessons in order to achieve the next level of their fitness goals. Endurance Pilates and Yoga is a studio dedicated to the practice of mind-body exercise. We are interested in working with all levels of students. Our workouts are vigorous and produce results. We have plenty of classes and private instructors to meet a myriad of student needs. Our group classes are designed for the healthy student and are not appropriate for students with injuries or pregnant students that do not have a regular pilates or yoga practice. Our well-trained instructors have training in Authentic classical systems through the Romana lineage, Power and Peak Pilates and contemporary pilates systems such as Stott and Balanced Body. We use our knowledge in all of these realms to create the most beneficial workout for your body.
