Wilder Pilates is a fully equipped studio. I am classically trained by Peak Pilates and a Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Practitioner. I am also a Fletcher Pilates licensed provider for Towelwork™, Barrework™ and Floorwork™. Maintaining continuing education is a priority and I attend the Fletcher Conference in Tucson, AZ every 2 years. I have also taken advanced Pilates training in women's health issues through Polestar. I have studied the best of both worlds, the structure of classical pilates and added the restorative and therapeutic regimen of a more evolved pilates system with Polestar.
