At KÔR we specialize in Pilates, (private and group classes). We have knowledgeable, experienced, fully certified Pilates instructors. We also specialize in Pre/post-natal pregnancy with 4 instructors who are certified in pre/post-natal Pilates. We also offer Iyengar Yoga classes and Functional Personal Training. All three disciplines will strengthen and legthen your body from the inside out, while making it beautiful looking too! I have been certified in Pilates for 10 years and have trained in the health and fitness industry for 15 years.
I hold a BS in Sports Medicine with a Clinical Exercise/Rehab focus.
I teach private and semi-private Pilates sessions using Pilates equipment and Mat Pilates group classes with props.
I see all clients regardless of fitness level including post rehab and wellness.
