I hold a BS in Sports Medicine with a Clinical Exercise/Rehab focus.
I teach private and semi-private Pilates sessions using Pilates equipment and Mat Pilates group classes with props.

With over thirty years of experience Kathryn is a natural educator who strongly believes in empowering individuals mentally and physically. Using her unique background as a foundation, she helps her clients become more aware and connected with their bodies while educating them from a scientific and holistic standpoint.
