Stephanie is a Nationally Certified Pilates teacher (NCPT). In addition to her Pilates education, she participated in an apprenticeship in Chicago where she fully immersed herself in functional movement Pilates to better help her students live pain free. Teaching since 2014, she has experience in working with people who work long hours at their desk, athletes, and conditioning bodies of pain or alignment issues. Her private studio has a reformer, exo chair, half cadillac/tower, arc, and rollers. One on One sessions only at her private studio located in Fond du Lac, WI.
