I have a BA in kinesiology and began my Pilates journey in the 1990's. I became certified in Romana's Pilates in 2003, a Master Teacher Trainer through Pilates Sports Center (PSC) in 2014, and PMA certified in 2014. The PSC program is unique, as it combines both Authentic Pilates with new and progressive movements based on today's knowledge of biomechanics. The program is very thorough and includes some anatomy.
