At Touchstone you will receive individual attention by Lisa Pellow, a ROMANA’S PILATES® Certified Instructor who understands how to tailor a workout specific to your body and capabilities in an atmosphere defined by energy and professionalism.

All instructors are trained as ROMANA’S PILATES® Certified Instructors by Joseph Pilates’ world renowned protégé Romana Kryzanowska and her daughter, Master Instructor Sari Mejia Santo.
