Rebecca Beckler is the owner and operator of Be Buff Pilates and Fitness. She is an Instructor Trainer for STOTT Pilates and an Advanced STOTT Pilates Instructor in all the Pilates equipment. She is also a certified ACE and AFAA Personal Trainer and has a BA in Adult Fitness. Rebecca's studio is unique from other Pilates studio because not only are her class sizes small (with 3 or less people) but she incorporate not just the reformer but, the Pilates chair, TRX Suspension System, Weights,Ball, and other small props.
