Maryland Farms YMCA / Pilates Studio in Brentwood, Tennessee

We offer beginner and intermediate level class, jumpboard classes, and arc classes. For YMCA members, you receive a discounted rate of $12 a class, plus the use of one of the largest YMCA's in middle Tennessee. Mat classes are free with memberships, plus we provide childcare, locker rooms with sauna, hot tub and steam room. We also offer massage, acupuncture, and physical therapy. For non members, starting in January you can come for a rate of only $20 a class.
