Woodlands Pilates is the exclusively private Pilates studio located in The Woodlands Tx, which offers private and semi-private training with Nationally Comprehensively certified and Internationally Recognized Pilates instructors through STOTT PILATES, Pilates Academy International, DK Body Balancing, Redcord Active, and Yamuna Body Rolling. In order to earn Certification, each instructor completed several hundred hours of training in the Pilates Method including intensive instruction in Anatomy and Movement, Biomechanics, Postural Assessment, Pilates Specific training on Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Arc Barrel, Spine Corrector in addition to more than 300 hours of apprenticeship program.

The Studio is a Fully-Equipped with STOTT PILATES equipment including: Reformers, Cadillac, Chairs, Ladder Barrels, Arc Barrels, and Spine Correctors. The instructors at Woodlands Pilates pride themselves in remaining focused on the individual needs and goals of their clients embracing the genuine method of Joseph Pilates in its individualized focus, and precision of technique. Working one on one or two on one with clients, instructors at Woodlands Pilates specialize with women, men, athletes, tennis players, runners, triathletes, swimmers and gymnasts. In addition to the Sports Conditioning programs, the instructors at Woodlands Pilates also specialize with working with individuals post-rehab from a knee, shoulder, neck or back injury, as well as children and adults with Scoliosis, MS, Osteoporosis, and other chronic medical conditions.
