I have been certified (by Romana Kryzanowska) in the Classical Pilates tradition since 1997 and have been teaching fitness in general since 1987. I teach primarily Pilates both individually (on the mat and on the equipment) and in groups.I always look at each and every student to see what their particular needs are. Working the Pilates way..finding your core muscles to do the physical work in life... will reduce stress, reduce aches and pains, strengthen, stretch and balance your body. Refreshing!
