Pilates for Life / Pilates Studio in Punta Gorda, Florida

Pilates for Life provides private, and semi-private lessons in a fully equipped studio. The mat classes are limited to 8 participants allowing the trainer to closely monitor all movements of each person. Incorporated into the mat classes will be opportunities to use the spine correctors, magic circles and corebands. There are 3 instructors: Jo-Anne Wallace and Claudi Sanchez are certified by West Coast Pilates and Rhonda McClenithan is Stott certified.
