Owned by Patrick O'Brien who has written for Pilates Style Magazine, taught workshops at Pilates Method Alliance annual conference and Pilates on Tour. All 12 Instructors, as well as Patrick, specialize in Pilates as pure fitness, movement therapy & rehabilitation, movement pattern re-education and sport specific assistance.
