I am a pilates reformer teacher who teaches all ranges of clients from beginnger to advanced. I teach in a class setting and in private one-on-one sessions. I was certified through Balanced Body University in 2008 and teach classical style pilates with the principles and techniques of Joseph Pilates. I am a very enthusiastic and energetic teacher who is always looking for ways to learn new things. I am very focused on the fundamentals of pilates because without the fundamentals you're just doing a bunch a exercises and getting no results.
