Maria Forrest is a Certified Pilates Instructor, Theta Healer and Medical Intuitive. As founder of the Forrest Pilates Studio in Downtown Miami, Maria combines her skills to help people achieve their physical, emotional and spiritual goals.

Maria loves teaching and is very passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. Her clients include Fisher Island, Mandarin Oriental and University of Miami Wellness Center among others.
