We also specialize in Pre/post-natal pregnancy with 4 instructors who are certified in pre/post-natal Pilates. We also offer Iyengar Yoga classes and Functional Personal Training. All three disciplines will strengthen and legthen your body from the inside out, while making it beautiful looking too! Kathryn Rollins, the founder of A Happy Balance, is certified in BASI Pilates, Buff Bones and is also a Registered Nurse. With over thirty years of experience Kathryn is a natural educator who strongly believes in empowering individuals mentally and physically. Using her unique background as a foundation, she helps her clients become more aware and connected with their bodies while educating them from a scientific and holistic standpoint. She believes this gives a person control and helps them know what they can really do. This is an important part of living and aging and helps to create, A Happy Balance.
