I own a private pilates studio in downtown Concord located at 33 N. Main St., Suite #4 Sessions are one to one utilizing Pilates equipment such as the reformer and the chair. I also run group exercise classes at Granite State Physical Therapy located at 8 Loudon Road in Concord. I teach mat Pilates, yoga, cardio and strength training classes.
I have been instructing for over 20 years and hold certifications in all aspects of fitness.
