STOTT certified instructor, Bonnie Slawson and her staff, have a new approach to pilates. Motion Mania augments their pilates instruction with whole body vibration training. This is a wonderful combination of full motion muscle development and stabilization. The beautiful studio offers group classes in STOTT Pilates mat and reformer classes as well as private training.
